Today, art nouveau monuments alternate with baroque and classical buildings and the typical architecture of the Moselle region.

Unique monuments such as the “Romantik Jugendstilhotel Bellevue” hotel, “Villa Huesgen”, “Villa Nollen” (formerly Villa Breucker) on the bank of the Moselle in Traben and the bridge gate of the Moselle bridge as well as the “Julius Kayser” winery, which has been preserved down to the last detail.

The town is dominated by historical landmarks such as the Grevenburg castle ruin and the once mighty fortress Mont Royal.
